EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Ximena Kavalekas, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Items purchased through ximenakavalekas.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and protective materials intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Client Services team at contact@ximenakavalekas.com. A Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions will be provided. Returns sent without an authorized RA number may not be accepted.
The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, it will undergo inspection. Approved returns will be processed within approximately 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Any merchandise returned in a condition that does not comply with our return policy may be refused and returned to the sender.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, please email contact@ximenakavalekas.com and specify the item, style, color, and size you wish to receive. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Pre-order items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Pre-ordered merchandise is expected to ship within approximately 10–12 weeks from the date of purchase. Customers will be notified of any changes to the estimated delivery timeline. Full payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
SALE ITEMS
All sale merchandise is final sale.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Ximena Kavalekas.
Ximena Kavalekas reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above policy.
