We offer free returns on all online orders. Ximena Kavalekas products can be returned up to 14 days from delivery for exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please note, items purchased from the sale section are final sale, and a refund will not be granted.

To initiate an eligible return, please contact our sales team at contact@ximenakavalekas.com for your return label and detailed instructions. Once your returned merchandise is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within approximately 2-3 business days. You will then receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. 

To make an exchange, please contact our sales team. Be sure to specify the item, style, color, and size you'd like in exchange. 

PRE ORDERS:

When you place a pre-order, it's a final sale and non-refundable. However, you can exchange your item or receive store credit for a new purchase.

Pre-ordered items will ship within 10-12 weeks of your purchase date. We'll let you know if there are any changes to this timeframe. Your card will be charged in full at the time of purchase.

SALE:

All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable.
