Exchange & Return Policy

All items purchased at Ximena Kavalekas Online can be returned within 10 days from delivery for exchange, store credit or full refund.

Please, contact our customer service team at: contact@ximenakavalekas.com or calling 786 325 1249 to inquire a return label. Items must be returned new, unused and with all labels and dust bags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

PRE ORDERS:

• All pre-orders are a binding purchase agreement and are non-refundable, however are valid for exchange or credit for new purchase.

• Any pre-ordered items will be shipped from 10 to 12 weeks after purchase. If there are any changes, we will communicate these accordingly.

• All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.

• We will allow pre-order cancellations within 48 hours from the date the item was purchased.

SALE:

• All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable.
