We offer free standard shipping on all online orders totaling $350 or more.

The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected shipping method and delivery address.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. International shipments are subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond the original estimates. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number; orders are shipped from the US through UPS. Please note, pre-ordered items will be shipped within 10-12 weeks after purchase.

Ximena Kavalekas only delivers packages to the address provided at the time of purchase. We do not re-route any packages and do not offer location pickup service.
